Pengacau :-)

Kak Alya's life is not complete if Ashraff didn't cry.
Btw, Ammar is complaining his picture was not been uploaded for so long. Since everybody was saying Ashraff is exactly like Ammar, I'm compiling Ammar's pictures when he's still a baby. I'm uploading them to slide.com (so, I just upload what I have in my Notebook). We could compare them in a while.

Hello World!!!

Well.. This explains why I didn’t update my blog for so long… Tired and busy!! Let me start over...

My 3rd birth experience: Like before, I still had a wonderful birth experience. My labor was induced a week earlier (from the expected due date) and 2 days before my husband left for offshore work (this is the main reason why I need to be induced).
After getting ready on the 11th morning, I kissed both of my kids and my mom and went in the car calmly. Ammar cried; he wanted to follow us to the hospital but my husband didn’t allow him.
We arrived at the hospital at about 12noon and the midwife inserted the 1st pill at about 2pm. No pain, may be mild contraction on the 1st pill. The second pill was inserted at about 8pm. I still didn’t have any pain although the midwife informed me that I already have contractions. I told her when I delivered my 2nd baby, I didn’t feel the pain until it was 8cm dilated. At 11pm, she attached the CTG machine to monitor my contraction. She informed me that my contraction was regular and I was about 4cm dilated. I called home to check on my children again. My mom was reading the Qur’an and my kids were sleeping. My mom told me Ammar cried and keep on praying so that I wasn’t in pain. I'm touched and I could feel my tears; felt appreciated. He is so thoughtful and concerned.
At twelve, I’ve started to feel the pain. As my pain getting worse and regular, I asked the midwife to check on my dilation. Since my gynae had told them my last (2nd ) labor was fast, she decided to bring me to the labor room. When I stood up, my water broke. I woke my husband and ask him to inform the midwife immediately (she went to take the wheel chair). They rushed me to the labor room and called the doctor. The midwife didn’t allow me to lift up my leg; she’s afraid my baby will come out before my gynae arrived. I think I squeeze hard on my husband’s hand to avert the pain. I heard my husband keep on reciting the doa and kissed my forehead (thanks, dear!) as I laid there trying not to push for at least 5 minutes before the doctor finally got there. When the doctor arrived, immediately they had me raised my leg and pushed. After 3 pushings (hehehe), baby Ashraff flew out like a bullet and being washed by the remaining water . He was clean and pink. I think, I was in pain just for an hour. Alhamdulillah.. berkat doa everybody that loves me. The doctor cut the cord (btw, the umbilical cord fell off on day 5 after his bath) and clamped it.

P/S: I'm expressing my milk while writing this. Actually, I work in a secured lab and everybody else went out for lunch. I'm going out as well. I need (my husband might not agree with the word "need") to buy a new sling bag. A bit bigger and sportier so that when we go out or travel, he will carry the bag instead of me.
